1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are accepted up to 48 hours after payment of the product.
- After 48 hours, funds are transferred to our manufacturing partners and are non-refundable.
- If any part is not installed or fitted properly, customers may request an exchange.
- Shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
- Most products are custom-made or manufactured on special demand, and returns are generally not accepted.
2. Production Lead Time
- Custom or specially manufactured products require 2–15 weeks for production depending on the order complexity and volume.
- Production times may be extended due to high order volumes or supply constraints.
- Customers will be informed of expected shipping dates at the time of order.
3. Compatibility Check
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility of the product with their vehicle before purchasing. Own Silent International Limited does not accept returns or exchanges for parts that are incompatible due to incorrect purchase.
4. Worldwide Shipping
- We provide worldwide shipping via our logistics partners.
- Customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers must comply with local regulations, fees, and clearance procedures.
5. Product Damage or Installation Issues
If a product is damaged or not fitting properly, you must follow these steps:
- Record a high-quality unboxing video showing the product and all packaging clearly.
- Record the complete installation process clearly on video.
- Submit both videos to sales@ownsilent.international for review.
If our team verifies that the product is damaged or defective, Own Silent International Limited will replace the part.
6. Shipping Insurance
For large or high-value shipments, customers may request insurance at an additional cost. Own Silent International Limited partners with shipping companies for delivery but cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage during transit unless insurance is purchased.
7. Dealer Policy
Dealers placing bulk or custom orders are requested to arrange their own shipping agents. Own Silent International Limited will ensure delivery to the dealer’s warehouse but does not take responsibility for in-transit issues once shipped.
8. Tracking
A tracking ID will be provided after product dispatch. Customers can track their shipments through the respective courier’s website.
9. Packaging & Partial Returns
- While we take care to package products securely, damage during transit may occur and must be reported with video proof as outlined in section 5.
- In case of missing items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
10. Limitations on Liability
Own Silent International Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import restrictions, third-party shipping providers, or force majeure events. The company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or consequential damages resulting from product installation, misuse, or shipping issues.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
All aftermarket and custom products may have limited warranties. Improper installation, misuse, or modification of any product may void its warranty coverage.
12. Final Authority
Own Silent International Limited reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or replacement request based on the evidence provided and our internal review.
